Thank you for supporting TrueLife Coaching Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Every item purchased from our store is a thank-you gift in exchange for your tax-deductible donation, which helps fund our programs in coaching, advocacy, and education.
⚖️ Non-Refundable Donations
All purchases are considered charitable contributions.
Because donations directly fund our nonprofit mission, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been processed.
Your order confirmation email also serves as your donation receipt for tax purposes.
💛 We appreciate your understanding that each contribution helps us continue serving individuals and families in need.
🛍️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@truelifecoach.org.
We’ll gladly replace the item or correct the issue with our fulfillment partner at no additional cost to you.
To help us resolve it quickly, please include your order number and a photo of the issue when you contact us.
🔁 Exchanges
Because all orders are donation-based, we do not offer exchanges for size, color, or personal preference.
Replacements are only provided for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items.
