Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
When you shop at TrueLife Coaching Gift Shop, we strive to ensure that you are 100% happy with every purchase you make from the sellers. If you received unwanted items or are simply unhappy with your order, please check the refund/exchange guide to help you correct your case accordingly.
All items purchased on TrueLife Coaching Gift Shop are made specifically for you. Your order is held for four hours after it is placed to allow for any necessary changes to shipping/billing addresses or item sizes and colors.
Once the four hours have elapsed and your purchase goes into production, your rights to make changes or cancellations are forfeit.
Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective. Exchanges, however, can be offered for apparel sizing issues.
If you received non-fitting items and you need to exchange them for a different size? That’s FREE.
Relating your issue with damaged/low-quality or not as described items, please send pictures of the received, incorrect items as evidence for resolutions. To avoid a time-consuming exchange of back-and-forth emails, please read the following steps carefully before proceeding with a claim for a refund or exchange.
To set up an exchange for sizing issues, please reach out via email to email@example.com. Include your original order information and the size you'd like in your e-mail.
If something you received is defective or not up to expected standards, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damaged item and your order number.
These pictures can help to provide you with a suitable solution.
In case the mistake was indeed from fulfillment, the Seller will give you a 100% refund for all the incorrect items.
On the other hand, there are no refunds/exchanges if you made a mistake or misinterpreted information when purchasing.
However, depending on your situation and the consequence of the purchase, a partial refund might be made.
