📦 Production & Processing
Once your donation is received, your item goes into production.
Production typically takes 1–5 business days depending on the product type.
Custom or personalized items may take slightly longer.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (Eastern Time), excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes required by their country.
We do not collect or charge VAT or international taxes.
Customs inspections may occasionally delay delivery.
🕓 Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During U.S. holidays or high-demand periods, please allow up to 7 additional business days for processing and delivery.
Delays caused by weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur, but you will be notified if your order is affected.
🔎 Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery window, contact us at support@truelifecoach.org — we’re happy to assist.
💌 Multiple Addresses & APO/FPO
Each order ships to one address only.
To send gifts to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
We do ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Shipments to APO/FPO locations may take up to 40–45 business days, and tracking updates may be limited for security reasons.
⚖️ No Refunds or Returns
All items in our store are considered donation-based thank-you gifts.
Because every purchase supports our nonprofit mission, we do not offer refunds or returns.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@truelifecoach.org.
We’ll gladly replace the item or resolve the issue with our fulfillment partner.
